Social Legislation:-
Muhammad plagiarized many of the precepts, concepts and/or traditions of the Jews pertaining to this field of legislation.
Even though the Bedouin Arabs revered the father and mother, none the less Muhammad turned into a divine command in the same manner as found in the Ten Commandments of the Torah.
The 5th Commandment-
Exodus 20:12" Honour your father and your mother, so that your days will be lengthened upon the land that the Lord, your God, gives you ".
Leviticus 19:3" You shall revere every man his mother, and his father, and keep my Sabbaths; I am the Lord your God".
Reverence for the mother is placed before that of the father.
Quran 17: 23 "Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life say not to them a word of contempt nor repel them but address them in terms of honor"
Quran 31: 14 "And We have enjoined on man (to be good) to his parents: in travail upon travail did his mother bear him and in years twain was his weaning: (hear the command) "Show gratitude to Me and to thy parents: to Me is (thy final) Goal"
Quran 46: 15 "We have enjoined on man Kindness to his parents: in pain did his mother bear him and in pain did she give him birth. The carrying of the (child) to his weaning is (a period of) thirty months. At length when he reaches the age of full strength and attains forty years he says "O my Lord! grant me that I may be grateful for Thy favor which Thou hast bestowed upon me and upon both my parents and that I may work righteousness such as Thou mayest approve; and be gracious to me in my issue. Truly have I turned to Thee and truly do I bow (to Thee) in Islam."
Jewish tradition as in the (Talmud, Yebamoth 5b, 6a) expressly declares that a son or daughter must not obey a parental order/command which is contrary to divine ordinances.
Muhammad reflected this prohibition in the following verse:
Quran 29: 8 "We have enjoined on man kindness to parents: but if they (either of them) strive (to force) thee to join with Me (in worship) anything of which thou hast no knowledge obey them not. Ye have (all) to return to Me and I will tell you (the truth) of all that ye did"
*** There is not a single new practical, spiritual and moral PRECEPT, CONCEPT, THOUGHT or IDEA in Muhammad's Quran that in any way shape or form is equal to or superior to any and all that Muhammad had PLAGIARIZED, PLUNDRED, PIRATED and/or PERVERTED from the Hebrew Bible, Jewish traditions and Scripture ***
